"How to Become a My Deliveree Partner Restaurant"

 

How to List Your Restaurant on My Deliveree

Note: To make your restaurant available on the marketplace in both languages, you need to translate certain settings into English, such as the store name and description. Click the "English" button at each step to see which settings need to be translated into English.

Step 1: Log in to My Deliveree

  1. Open My Deliveree: Access the My Deliveree website or app.
  2. Create an Account or Log In: If you don't have an account yet, create one by following the instructions. Otherwise, log in with your existing credentials.

Step 2: Access the Restaurant Registration Option

  1. Navigate to the Restaurant Section: Find the option dedicated to restaurants.

Step 3: Add Basic Information

  1. Logo Image: Upload your restaurant’s logo for visual identification.
  2. Background Image: Add an attractive background image for your restaurant’s page.
  3. Status Note: Add a slogan or catchy text for your restaurant.

Step 4: Complete General Information

  1. Title: Enter the name of your restaurant.
  2. Phone: Provide your restaurant's phone number for reservations or inquiries.
  3. Description: Write a detailed description of your restaurant, including the type of cuisine, ambiance, etc.
  4. Store Tags: Add tags or keywords that describe your restaurant (e.g., "Italian," "gourmet," "family-friendly").
  5. Categories: Select the appropriate categories for your restaurant (e.g., "Italian Restaurant," "Café," "Fast Food").

Step 5: Configure Payment and Order Information

  1. Order Payment: Indicate the payment methods (before or after the order).

Step 6: Set Delivery and Pickup Information

  1. Minimum Delivery Price: Set a minimum order amount for delivery, if your restaurant offers this service.
  2. Price Per Km: Specify the delivery cost per kilometer.

Step 7: Define Delivery Times

  1. Delivery Time Type: Choose the type of delivery time (minutes, hours).
  2. Delivery Time From: Indicate the number of minutes or hours from the moment the order is placed until it is ready.
  3. Delivery Time For: Determine the maximum delivery time.

Step 8: Order Information

  1. Minimum Quantity: Set the minimum order quantity, if necessary.
  2. Tax: Add information about applicable taxes on orders.

Step 9: Add Address

  1. Address: Enter your restaurant's full address so customers can easily find you.

Setting a Delivery Area on My Deliveree

Step 1: Find the Delivery Area Option

  1. Click on the Map Icon: You should see an icon or button to start defining the delivery area on a map. Click it to access the zone drawing tool.

Step 2: Define the Delivery Area

  1. Start Adding Pins:
    • Click on the map to add the first pin. Each pin will represent a specific location on the map.
    • Continue clicking to add at least three points. You must add a minimum of three points to define a zone.
  2. Connect the Pins:
    • Once you have added the three points (or more), My Deliveree should allow you to connect these points to draw a zone.
    • Click on the points to link them in the desired order, forming a defined area.

Step 3: Adjust and Confirm the Area

  1. Adjust the Area: If necessary, move the points or add new points to refine the delivery area.
  2. Check the Drawn Area: Ensure that the delivery area covers all desired zones and excludes non-service areas.
  3. Confirm the Delivery Area:
    • Once satisfied with the drawn area, click the "Next" button to save or confirm your selection.

Configure Store Opening and Closing Days on My Deliveree

 

Step 1: Access the Delivery Section

 

Step 2: Configure Opening Days

  1. Find the Opening Days Option: Look for the section titled "Opening Days" or something similar in the delivery settings.
  2. Select Opening Days:
    • Monday: Check the box or select the option to indicate your store is open this day.
    • Tuesday: Do the same for Tuesday.
    • Wednesday: Check the box for Wednesday.
    • Thursday: Indicate you are open this day.
    • Friday: Select the option for Friday.
    • Saturday: Ensure to mark Saturday as an opening day, if applicable.
    • Sunday: Check the box if you are open on Sunday.

Step 3: Configure Store Closing Days

  1. Find the Closing Days Option: Look for the section "Store Closing Days" or similar in the delivery settings.
  2. Add Closing Days:
    • Specific Dates: If your store is closed on specific dates that are not fixed days, add those dates here. For example, if you are closed for holidays or exceptional reasons, specify these dates.
    • Examples of Closing Days: If you are closed on public holidays or during a specific period of the year, enter this information so your customers are informed.

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. Review Information: Ensure that all opening and closing days are correctly entered.
  2. Save Settings: Click the button to save or update your settings so the information is accounted for.

Step 5: Verify Display of Information

  1. Check Public Profile: Review your profile or restaurant page to ensure that opening and closing days are correctly displayed for your customers.
  2. Communicate with Customers: Make sure that any relevant information regarding closing days is visible to avoid confusion.

  1. Review All Information: Ensure that all information is correct and complete.
  2. Publish: Click the button to publish your restaurant on My Deliveree.
